JUNGYEON

Process

From artwork to delivery, embroidery has to be translated into process.

JUNGYEON reviews design intent, fabric, thread, density, handwork, and delivery conditions together to reduce the gap between sample and production.

Process

JUNGYEON reviews design intent, fabric, thread, density, handwork, and delivery conditions together to reduce the gap between sample and production.

  1. 01

    Brief review

Artwork, fabric, color, quantity, delivery date, and placement are checked first.

  2. 02

    Technique direction

We review whether computer embroidery, hand finishing, beads, chenille, or another method fits best.

  3. 03

    Digitizing

Stitch direction, density, backing, and fabric conditions are translated into embroidery data.

  4. 04

    Sample making

The design is tested on real fabric to check thickness, shine, shape, and wearability.

  5. 05

    Production and QC

Approved standards are produced with checks for placement, color, finishing, and variation.

Digitizing

Automation can support speed. The final standard is still human.

Automated tools may support artwork review and digitizing, but the right density and hand feel on real fabric still come from production experience.

Artwork judgment

We check thin lines, density risks, and possible fabric damage before sampling.

Sample feedback

The first sample is reviewed for feel, shine, volume, and adjusted as needed.

Production stabilization

The final setup is based on conditions that remain stable in repeat production.
